Subscriptions renew on the 1st of each calendar month.
Once renewals process, they cannot be canceled. If you'd like to change your subscription status, please do so before our next renewal date.
To pause, skip or cancel:
We’re sad to see you go! If you need to cancel your subscription or membership, you need to activate your store account. You can activate it here: https://www.bitsandpaws.com/account/login. You can also update your payment method and update your billing/shipping address.
Use the same email address you used for your order. After you’ve registered, you can LOGIN to your account and click, "Subscriptions". Click on the subscription you'd like to edit.
Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date or you will be charge for the following month.
