Bits and Paws is a monthly subscription box for your under 15 pound pooch.

We have searched high and low for the best, diverse, size appropriate toys for your tiny dog.  As tiny dog owners ourselves, we get it.

Each month we send a thematic box that includes a sustainably sourced, ecofriendly toy designed to encourage mental stimulation for your furry friend, plus a corresponding bag of treats that can be used with the toy. Each box has a special brochure filled with enrichment tips and how to best use the toys and treats to help your dog gain confidence and lead an enriched life. Plus, you (the human!) also get a special treat too!

 After you sign up, we charge your credit card on the 1st of the month. Your order will be lovingly packed by our pups here at Bits and Paws and shipped out to you around the 10th. It should get to you 2-8 days later!

Absolutely! Just complete the order and put the recipient's name and address in the "shipping section" and add a note in "add special instructions for your order" with any requests for a note to your recipient.

For standard (non subscription) orders, we charge $5.99 for standard shipping, $9.99 for express shipping, and FREE shipping for orders over $120!

We charge a flat rate of $7.99/box no matter where you are in the United States!

We ship to all 50 states, and have plans to ship internationally in the near future. International rates will calculate at checkout.

Every order is processed on the 1st and will ship around the 10th- woof woof! Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Orders take from 2-8 days within the contiguous United States.

We don't accept returns on subscription boxes but please email us at hello@bitsandpaws.com if you'd like to freeze or suspend your monthly order.
